Have you heard of abdominal migraine? My 11 year old has sever tummy aches and doc says it is possibly abdominal migraine.

In reply to Haley. It's generally recommended that essential oils shouldn't be ingested therapeutically unless under the supervision of a trained healthcare practitioner. Certain essential oils like fennel and mint can be applied topically though to aid digestion, as long as they're age appropriate and properly diluted.
