Either will work. Sometimes there’s an adjustment period and probiotics can cause some mild digestive issues that are less annoying to deal with at night while sleeping than during the day.

We usually eat at 6pm, try as I might to move it earlier! Also… how do you get a 2 year old to read this? Last night I put her to bed (and she was asleep!) no less than 4 times between 7:30 and 10pm. Then I gave up and she stayed up until I went to bed at 10:30. I would love to get that peaceful parent alone time you described!
