Hi There!

Much like several of the other comments here (that, unfortunately, haven’t been addressed yet with answers), I’m finding the lack of info about the product on the website confusing and a bit sketchy. And also not seeing anything about the scalp detox. I understood from the podcast that there was a scalp detox as well as the serum and roller, and possibly that there were certain times during the cycle of the hair (month) that you would use all the products?
I was really looking forward to giving this a shot and getting great results but feel tentative to buy it based on the scant info and instructions on the website linked.

Looking forward to hearing back from someone hopefully soon!

Has anyone else had difficulty accessing the Hair Science website? I’m a customer of this product after its promotion on this podcast but recently found myself unable to gain access to an active and then got an error message when trying to email their customer service address . Did they go out of business? Should I discontinue use of their product? I’m concerned.

I also would like to have answered the same questions that everyone else has. Where do you get the hair mask? What are the instructions for use and once you have the hair growth you want, what do you do from there?

I’m feeling a bit scammed as I was using Rogaine and immediately stopped and purchased the serum and roller because I totally trust Katie to promote a quality and tested product. There were no instructions with the product other than what was on the serum bottle which said to use daily and to use the roller twice a week after putting on the serum. I didn’t remember any mention of a serum in the podcast only a detox that was to be used once a week. Should there be more? Is this really going to work?

I enjoyed the episode although like others who have already commented, I’m rather confused by the protocol referred to multiple times throughout the episode that doesn’t appear to be described or linked anywhere? The Hair Systems link is simply for the serum and derma roller. The episode mentioned a scalp detox mask and supplements/nutrients along with phototherapy (red light?). Where can we find more on these items or the protocol that pulls everything together? Otherwise, the episode is rather frustrating to listen to without pointers to the protocol resources they keep referring to!

In reply to Katie. Hi Katie, If you stop using the serum, your hair will simply return to the state it was at prior to your starting. That is to say, the new growth will go away at roughly the same rate at which you lost it initially.

Hi Katie,

It depends on the amount of hair loss, but in general I would expect the average person to need about 3-4 months worth of serum to deal with substantial loss.
If you stop, the hair will simply go away at roughly the same pace that it went away originally. My intent was to set it up biochemically so that after it was regrown, people would only need to use the serum once or twice a week to maintain the areas of regrowth.

I really enjoyed this episode as I do have hair loss. But, am I missing something? Their website doesn’t really tell me what I would get if I ordered this. Otherwise, very informative
