From what I’ve seen the components of both seeds complement each other so you may not see as much benefit with just using one during a cycle. And ideally, they should be freshly ground to increase nutrient absorption.

I did it for about 2 years. Tried a few months without it, and this were better, but not great, so i did it for another year or two after that. Im off completely now and have been for about a year. All’s well. I did have a few recent cycles where i was more grumpy and tired. This time itried Dong Qui and that’s worked too.
