I now actually drink plain black coffee or Four Sigmatic packets each day as I’ve found I don’t do well with much fat either. If I didn’t have a gallbladder, I wouldn’t ingest this much saturated fat at once.

Coconut oil is highly comedogenic. It clogs pours and will not help acne, but make it worse.

Love bulletproof coffee. I make a jar of coconut oil and butter mix with cinnamon, vanilla or other spice like ginger. I use a tablespoon when I make double espresso in my gaggia and add extra hot water, seems to work really well and the fats are emulsified in the coffee. It’s my treat mid morning. On another note, I wanted to buy you book but it does not seem to be on Kindle format.
