Coconut butter has about 2 grams of fiber per tablsepoon. Monkfruit might work, let us know if you try it!

Is there any fiber content? Im healthy Keto so I don’t use much honey. Can I use pure Monkfruit ?

Sounds like the ambient temp in your house is a bit warm… I store them in the fridge or freezer if it’s hot.

Made these little cuties today but after I popped them out of the mold, they softened up. Tasty and creamy but has to be eaten with a spoon. What did I do wrong?

Thanks for the help!

They are yummy — I wish I had gone a little more heavy handed on the spices though. Next time …

Thanks for the recipe.

Had to add like 3 teaspoons (or maybe 4 or 5, I lost count) of pumpkin pie spice to cover the coconut flavor from my coconut cream. I used half expeller pressed coconut oil/half butter for the oil part also, thanks for that suggestion. That cream however…really overpowered the pumpkin. So ladies if you like your pumpkin flavor like myself-add a ton of spice (and test as you go). I can’t wait to actually eat one! Thank you again for such a great sweet recipe!

I love this recipe and can’t wait to try it. i notice that a lot of your recipes use silicon molds and if they are truly considered safe-especially to freeze food in? Thank you so much

I think they have a light pleasant coconut taste, but you may find it too strong for you.

You could use butter and almond flour if those work for you

Yes, though you’d probably want to add the collagen hydrolysate form

Congratulations! I too have been on Paleo for almost 3 years. I saw all the improvements you have seen in a short amount of time. I have been losing hair for over a year (tried many things and dermatologist says its “female patterned baldness” and just recently decided I might should add some “good grain” to my diet. I have a sensitivity to wheat, so just added steel cut oats, quinoa, granola.

Bad choice. Weight gain for the first time in three years, joint pain has returned. Hair loss is not as bad, but I don’t think it has been a contributing factor. Stress triggers have been eliminated and it has helped tremendously!! So it looks like the pantry will be back to strict Paleo again. I need no more proof than what I have experienced….stay with your lifestyle for continued health!
